It is a crisp, rainy day (again) in Wisconsin. I am spending the day curled up with a book and a cup of tea, but I could not neglect my duty to post. Fall is on my mind. The wellies I have pulled out to walk my dog in the rain. The jackets I haven't worn since April are now on the hook by my front door. Sweaters and my trusty arm-warmers are back in rotation. So, today, I leave you with a charming song by Ruth Etting (one of my favorite singers, as you will come to know): "Button Up Your Overcoat." The song was music was written by Ray Henderson, the lyrics by B.G. DeSylva and Lew Brown in 1928 and performed the same year by Etting. Videogamers will probably remember it from Bioshock Infinite.
